Lt water a day. I take 5 meals a day.bt i get confused with diet.I am pure veg.I want to know wat to eat in breakfast so that i feel energise & focus on my study.Wat to eat at lunch & at night

Drinking too much water can strain your kidneys Drink abt 6-8 glasses of water a day.Include 2 fruits n lots of vegetables.Have a protein based breakfast in the morning.Sleep for 8hrs.Workout a mac of 1hr a day.
