Which protein powder should i use ?
I do regular workout since one and a half year and now I also attend college so I have a very busy schedule due to which I am not able to focus on my diet which is having negative effect on my body so I was planning to have muscle blaze whey protein with my workout and college busy schedule is it safe to consume it or not?

Try to avoid supplements and meal replacers.. First start  walk at least for 30 minutes to see changes If you are non diabetic  start eating atleast 3-4 citrus fruits  Try to eat daily 200gms salad and lot of green vegetables .  use filtered or cold press oil or try to restrict oil as much as you can .  I need to take  detail diet history to plan your meals .   I can assure you a positive change in you in 60 days after following proper mela pattern
