Whittish spots on right tonsil gland.

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have 4-5 whittish spots on my right tonsils since a week now. Been gargling. Pains while swallowing accompanied by ear pain. Google even indicates pharyngeal cancer apart from tonsil stones. What are they?
