Hi there, been almost a month I change a lot of things I eliminate all pops n juices I only drink water and I completely change white bread to everything whole grain. I exercise 3 times a week.. but my issue is I can't seem to lose weight . I usually have breakfast 2hour after a snack then 2 hour n Half lunch then 2 hour snack n 3 hours after dinner.. I'm a woman 5'6 n weighting 168.. and for my height wht would it be a good weight? Thank you hope to hear from u soon!
