Workout meals
Hi i am on deiting. I do 45 min workout . So in my pre workout meals can I take curd ? If i take oatmeal in pre workout meal then should i add milk to it ?

Yes you can take curd or add milk with oatmeal.

Oatmeal with milk would be an ideal choice Preworkouts. Try using cows/skimmed milk to lower the fat percentage.
