I have been trying to get a 10

Min slot for an online consultation since last 2 months . To show the report results for the tests you prescribed me . The staff is very rude. They dont respond and when they do they talk badly and i have even shared my reports on the whats app number last week . No response there as well. Very very disappointed because the doctor spoke nicely on first talk but then a nightmare to contact back. He took 500 fee just for telling me the tests and no response after that .Not sure if he treats other patients like this !!! Single star

I am writing this review after 3 visits.

I have visited the clinic for dandruff treatment and chemical peels. My experience for dandruff treatment was very good. Medicines were affordable and instructions were very clear and well explained.

My experience related to chemical was not good. After first sitting of peeling there was no changes at all so for second time dr changed the peel. Even after second visit and after 6 days there is no proper peeling. I saw lil peeling near chin area on 3 rd day but that was all. I do understand that peels work differently for everyone but in my case after spending 9k there is no change.

Had an absolutely amazing experience.Dr.'s sincerity really stands out. He accommodated the procedure during off/lunch time just to ensure that the issue is resolved asap.Also, in all other clinics it's the assistant etc. who do the procedure but here Dr. himself undertakes the complete treatment.The amount of time given to explain things and the awesome friendliness, along with the emphasis on going to the root of the issue & resolving it too are noteworthy things with Dr.Thank you so much Doc.

I'm so happy with the appointment. I visited for skin bumps, acne, itchiness, white heads. He assured me there's nothing wrong in my skin. Told me it's very natural and I should give it time, and he suggested me some very mild creme and facewash. No medicine to eat. I felt so good that there are dermas who don't believe in giving you costly medicine and treatment. definitely recommend him.

The dermatologist at Dermaville was quick to get to my issue and to my satisfaction solved it instead of coming up with wild theories based on unfounded assumptions. The prescription is easy to read as it's printed out and they have everything there so you don't have to order online and wait. 5*s. Quality guy.

Dr. Sankeerth took the time to understand my situation and explain the problem and the solution in detail.

He was transparent about the treatment and didn’t promise any unrealistic results.

Gave a few shampoos which seem to be working so far.

Was skeptical as i got few acnes near private area and i was not sure what to do.

Then i decided to visit Dr sankeerth and 5 minutes into the talk i became comfortable.

He took acne as acne and i forgot its private part of any other body part on which he operated.

Overall as my experience says

He is well trained doctor anlayses easily and quick understand ing human .

When I mentioned my issues he did not immediately suggest some medicines as I had seen other places, first he tried to identify the root cause of the issue by asking relevant and basic questions. And later suggested the medication which was required for the issue. He was friendly and attentive to my explanation. When you visit any doctor in hospital or clinic, its very easy to identify if the doctor is going to cure your disease just by the way they converse with the patients and the way they approach to identify the root cause of the problem.
