I had the pleasure of consulting with Dr. Prachi, who, in my personal opinion, is an exceptional dietician who has truly transformed my approach to health and wellness. Here is a detailed review of my experience with her:
1. Sustainable Lifestyle Recommendations: The first thing to understand is that Dr. Prachi's guidance extends beyond a temporary diet plan. She suggests measures for changing lifestyle habits and creating a sustainable plan, emphasizing the significance of a mindset shift and long-term effects. When I started my journey with Dr. Prachi, I underwent several tests that revealed high cholesterol levels, elevated TSH values, and deficiencies in Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3. I implemented numerous measures to address these concerns, and I can say that Dr. Prachi's suggestions have either helped me resolve some of these issues or put me on the right track to recovery.
2. Patient and Attentive: As someone who asks a lot of questions, I can confidently say that Dr. Prachi's patience is commendable. She listens attentively to concerns, takes the time to understand specific needs and goals, and responds with insightful suggestions.

********** ** *** ****** **** ** ***** * ****** ** ******** *** ****** **** *** *** ** ** *** ** *** **** **** ********** *** ****** Initially, when me alongwith my wife were discussing the different ways to loose weight and be fit, I never believed in my wife's thinking of getting a consultation from a dietician instead I preferred high intensive cardio by hitting the gym or having the whole body exercises in the gym. But after some fights and so many decisions with Ashu (my wiffy), I thought lets give it a try and see what happens as we both decided to consult a dietician. This decision was one of the best ever and life changing decision for us. By god's grace and our luck Ashu were able to find Prachi on google as the highly rated dietician and we trusted the reviews by dialing her contact number. Initially, I feared and was curious about how this will work as everything works online and consultation is not face to face as we were doing this for the first time and at some instance she were unable to respond to our queries due to her busy schedule and so many people she needed to consult simultaneously. So initially we thought that have we done any mistake choosing this way of weight loss as we spent the money and she is not even responding to our basic questions. But we keep on following the diet plan she shared and after completion of the first week, I never believed my eyes. I was able to loose approx 2.7kg that too within 1 week. That was so shocking and i thought it might be the wrong weight which it was not. Then we started believing her firmly and all the miscommunications were cleared and it was decided to post all our queries at a time via mail or whatsapp. Then for every week we kept on loosing weight and after 4 weeks no one could ever believe that I was able to loose 7.7 kg of body weight. Now I am fitter, active and stronger than ever before and all credit goes to Prachi ji and her careful, neat, perfect yet masterful consultation. With her brilliant weekly diet plan we never felt hungry and understood how eating each kind of food can benifit the weight loss. In these 4 weeks I sacrificed on the food i liked the most especially Rice, Poli, Potato, South indian food, Junk food like Vada paav, paav bhaji etc and started eating the food which i disliked like Bhakri, all veggies, dalia, oats. I highly recommend Prachi Rege, NutriNurture, after taking her expert help for weight loss, which was taking me down physically and emotionally.
Unlike many others with big names in fitness industry, Prachi is very different...she not only helped me to shed weight, but offered holistic healing...she constantly gave me motivation that I look good, that I am beautiful, that I can make it and that she is always with me in my journey...
She carefully studied my current regime, prevailing conditions, limitations and emotional wellness. She then prescribed a diet which included a very balanced approach, locally and easily available and affordable super foods, local ingredients...shared lovely recipes, provided alternatives to ingredients which aren't available (esp in this lockdown). I never felt I starved...she explained importance of various components of a diet, why carbs, why protein, how they go hand in hand and many other information on balanced nutrition...
She also explained what happens to our body if we starve, how to address cravings, importance of hydration...importance of meditation, sleep and overall happiness...
Not only this, she shared easy to follow workout regime, given my knee condition, she even shared home workouts, chair workouts and so many similar things .
Added to all this, she shared information on importance of traditional recipes, good old cast iron utensils and so many other things... one can also read her wonderful articles on her page.
Whatever I write here, I will always be short of truly describing how Prachi was so helpful in my overall journey...
Her emphasis was never on numbers on scale, but holistic healing which automatically helped in reducing weight...
I not only reduced weight,but also gained confidence that I can do it, with hypothyroidism...with immense stress..my overall thought process changed, myths related to food burst, I developed healthy eating habits, portion controlled...my snoring minimised a lot...
Despite all this in a package, needless to mention...her affordability! Very nominal charges...
My journey is still on with Prachi...

Let's start with the Problems that I had first:
I was almost 9-10 kg overweight than my ideal body weight and being an IT professional always have always a sitting job.
I was consuming typical food daily (i.e. Chapati/Poli, Curry, Dal & Rice) and used to have parties (couple of times in a month) with Drinks and outside snacks/food.
Was under the assumption that I normally eat food at home and we get everything out of it. But that's not true.
Also was facing many health issues since last few years (Acidity, Painful big size pimples, lazyness, to name a few).
Solution:
When I first approached Dr. Prachi, she first understood my schedule, food habits, daily routine, medical background, etc.
She listened to me carefully and was very patient.
She gave me weekly plans and I started seeing drastic results a week by week.
My initial worry of quantity of food (before starting the plan) was also gone as the quanitity is sufficient considering the variety and intervals in a day.
Very important to note, Water intake and Exercise are the most important parts of routine along with the healthy diet
and she focusses on exercise part too and can help if anyone needs informatino about.
She helped me with the proper routine and lifestyle which I am enjoying.
She is always reachable to disucss any queries or problems.
Results:
Most importantly, all my health problems are gone now and I am eating a very healthy food.
My starting weight was 80.5 Kg on 1st Feb 2022 and today (4th April) I weigh 71.5 kg.
I feel so fresh and lightweight now.
Extremely satisfied with the diet and her guidance to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
