I waited for 2 months for giving feedback because I was being patient so that after use of all medicine you recommend , my face will recover & all black heads & white heads will go. As you told me that after Laser sometimes this happens n I need to use Flutivate E cream. so I used it but no change happened. * **** *** * ******** ********** **** *** ***** ****** ***** ****** *****I have visited clinic on Saturday and doctor prescribed some tests to be done on the same day from the clinic itself and he mentioned that my reports will come on Sunday and he will explain the results and medication on sunday itself over the phone.I reconfirmed with the doctor and support staff about sunday thing as they are usually closed on Sunday but all of them confirmed that I can call on the clinic number and inquire about the report as well as get connected with the doctor on Sunday.To my surprise I have tried calling the clinic number multiple times and no one picked up phone on Sunday, neither the reports have come nor the call with doctor was arranged.This left me waiting for the entire day with no communication from clinic or doctor though it was promised by them.Even on Monday I only had to call them, **** **** **** **** *********** ***** *** *** **** ** *** they didn't bother to call at all.There is lack of communication at this clinic and waiting time is also huge.

I had severe lower back pain.Doctor explained it very well.

In house X ray and physiotherapy facilities.

Feeling much better after treatment.

Doctor Teli is very experienced and polite.Listens your problem carefully and makes you comfortable and explains situation/problem thoroughly.Never set you in a wrong direction.

Highly recommended.Specially People who are working from home in this pandemic.

My daughter had a fracture near her elbow. We took her immediately to Chirayu and were referred to Dr. Teli as he is a specialist in this bones. The further procedures were quick and effective as an X- ray was taken immediately by the doctor. He identified the spot and recommended a plaster. The team then secured a hard plaster and my daughter was comfortable and out of pain soon. The fracture healed as expected in 4 weeks of time and Dr. even had a follow up. Dr. Teli is very experienced and also very friendly and explains the problem well. I am filly satisfied with the treatment. Thank you!

I consulted doctor Santosh Teli for removing Implant from right elbow. *** ** ****** **** *** ******* ** *** ***** *** **** *** ****** *********** ****** ********* ** *** ********* The details of the treatment and surgery was provided in most comprehensive and even the minute details were explained clearly. The surgery was relatively complex in nature but Dr. Santosh nailed it with his expertise to have the Implant removed successfully overcoming all the challenges efficiently. My overall experience has reconfirmed the saying that "When the going gets tough, tough gets going" and Dr. Santosh is a classic example of it. Special thanks to hospital staff Rahul, Ayaz and all nurses who made me feel like home during my stay in the hospital. Both the Doctors are very good but overall it is very expensive. They are carrying out all the procedures including blood test,xray ,excimer etc at there own clinic still there is no much relief on charges...

I am visiting for lower back pain and my wife for vitiligo and average cost that we both beard during first consultation was around 6k which looks on higher side considering everything they will do within clinic only...

They shud work on discount part if expense for patient is increasing.

I went to alpha speciality hospital for laser hair reduction and Nandini madam explained all the procedure very well and did the laser session herself. *** ******* ********* *********** ********* *** **** motivated me to change lifestyle by giving various ideas and also tends to resolve the problem by applying natural methods. Her hospital is well equipped with different laser machines. She also suggested me Q-Switch laser with peels which is really great and improves skin quality amd texture.

The hospital staff is also very well mannered and with all our queries.

I have visited Dr. Nandini for several issues. First i came in for acne, in which i saw a great relief after 6-9 months of treatment. She suggested some package deal, but i shared my concerns and she was very receptive of it. i did see good changes and ended up going with the package later.I also visited for wax burn on the upper lip. due to her treatment i didn't have any marks as well. she is always open for discussions also. Sometimes i will just say i want to try a different cream (for example) and she will happily discuss it and suggest accordingly. for all her in clinic procedures she makes sure to visit the patient once while the treatment is done, which surely helped me increase confidence in her. i regret leaving Pune, as I am not able to find a good doctor like her.
