My experience with Silk Skin Laser Cosmetology Clinic has been absolutely amazing. I had visited for laser hair removal treatment and I must say that I was highly impressed and completely satisfied with their services. I had been looking at permanent hair removal for quite some time now and I was told that getting a laser treatment done is the most feasible option. I checked online for clinics offering this service and came across Silk Skin Laser Cosmetology skin and hair clinic. After going through their website, I decided to go ahead with the initial consultation for my laser hair removal treatment with them. I immediately booked an appointment through their website and within a few minutes I got a call back confirming the same.

I visited their clinic and I must say that I was truly impressed with their complete setup. I first filled in my details on the form and then proceeded with a one to one consultation session with senior doctor Dr. Rupa Shah who explained the entire process of laser hair removal treatment from why it is beneficial, how will they conduct the process, all the pre and post care instructions, etc. This consultation session was really helpful as it answered almost all of the doubts that I had in mind. The doctor was really helpful and very patient in answering all my queries. Before coming to Silk Skin Laser Cosmetology Clinic, I was quite hesitant to go ahead with the treatment as I was scared whether it would damage my skin but the doctor really helped a lot in explaining about the laser hair removal process which gave me the confidence to go ahead with the treatment.

I must say that I was also very impressed with the treatment rooms as they were not only well equipped with all the required equipment but the rooms were also very clean and neatly maintained. Before my treatment began, the doctor gave me all the required instructions, the number of sessions I would require, how much the treatment would cost, etc., which helped me in taking the right decision of going ahead with Silk Skin Laser Cosmetology clinic.

The doctor began my treatment first the skin areas were marked for precise laser targeting. Then they used their laser equipment by sliding it over the skin marked. It was little tingly at first and then it was very comfortable and painless. Once the treatment was done, I was given all the necessary instructions on how to take care of the treated area. The doctor was completely professional and ensured that I was comfortable and experienced minimum discomfort in entire procedure.

The doctor was quite understanding and patient. She allowed me to explain the prior treatments i had undertaken and then proceeded with her diagnosis. She thoroughly explained the time and treatment necessary to solve my problem. It was reassuring and complete with fixed appointment for follow up a month later.

"The bad Experience"

Firstly, I was called by Dr, Rupa that she is available only till4 PMM and me took an appointment at 7 PM. When I visited there, she wasn't there and another doctor(Dr. Akash) looked at to my issue.

Later he told me to wait until Dr. Rupa come and confirm it. I waited 20 min and she came and called me. Now issue with Dr. Rupa was:

1. She was very rude and arrogant. Not at all friendly or even with good attitude/ behavior.

2. She was least interested to explain me the issue and when asked what it is called, she answered like she is paying me the money and answered me.

3. She didn't even get up the place to see what is the issue and another doctor was examining, then what was my need to pay her instead of another doctor.

4. It was by far too expensive* *** ********** ***** ******** *** ******* *** **** *** ***** *** I loosed my Rs 1500.

I think I genuinely need my refund of Rs 1500* *** **** * ***** ***** ***** *** *** ******* ** * ******* *** **** *** ** ******* ****

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

I had booked an appointment for Rupa Shah but she wasn't there so her associate treat us.He told us everything we already knew, gave us some drastic measures to find out allergy cause**** ** **** **** ** **** ** ******** ****** ** stop protein supplements even if you are working out exhaustively.

I came here by reference of a relative for my birthmark removal and I am absolutely satisfied with the way she explained me overall diagnosis and treatment that is needed for the removal. I am currently going through the treatment and find it effective and hope that they continue to do so.

Well the doctor was good and friendly too and lets see how its going to work because i have more treatment to do with the doctor for my leg , more sitings are left , result should appeared there.

It was nice interaction with madam, she listened the problem and she explained properly what have to take care in daily life.

We booked apointment for dr rupa she wont come saturday evening still staff wont inform that she is not available we reached their we were came for my daugher problem we need female best skin doctor but we feel very bad we need dr rupa but staff guide some other doctor male that we won't need so kindly look after seriously and resolve my daughter problem contact us as parent's humble request
