Before 3 days started with throat pain. Then cold and dry cough. Now since yesterday having 100 f fever with severe headache and bodyache.
Appetite normal
Weakness and fatigue severe
Now no throat pain but other symptoms are there.
Nose blocked , pressure feeling in face and head. No discharges .

I have been diagnosed by my neurologist with PPPD. Earlier sertraline and escitalopram tried but couldn't tolerate. They were too activating for me.
So now I have been given paroxetine 12.5 mg CR tablet since 6 months which was working quite well. But since 1 month its effect reduced. Now only effective for few hrs (8 hrs) then again pppd worsning.
So my doctor adviced me to take paroxetine 25 mg cr now. But i can not tolerate it as 25 mg all at once.
So can i take it like 12.5 mg cr morning + evening for pppd. ? Twice a day dose.
My main trigger is visual /motion .

I have microvascular angina and sinus tachycardia after covid. On ranolazine and propranol for tachycardia. Echo and angiography normal/clear.
Now i have also developed severe small fiber neuropathy pain. Neurologist adviced pregabid NT 50/10.
My angina and tachycardia are under control with medicines. No issue.
Is it safe to use Nortryptillin 10 mg in Microvascular angina and sinus tachycardia?
