I'm visiting sir for my anxiety issues due to some situation and also because of sudden shift in my career. Sir has given me couple of Sessions of relaxation methods where I could feel better myself and few home-based exercises also to do as a part of CBT to keep up my wellbeing. Sir has given me freedom to call anytime I feel low or in the time of worry.
