I am really happy with the half way result. I started following her diet plan just a month ago. I already lost more than 3kgs. I was 66.8kgs on January 3, 2021. And on February 5, 2021, I was 63.6 kgs. I am still under her diet plans for the next month and hoping to lose another 3 kgs. I would gladly recommend her to everyone.
Ms. Minal was very flexible in the diet suggested for me. Diet was suggested keeping in mind not only my weight loss but also convenience for family, as she very well understands compulsions of a woman ( as we cannot cook daily three meals separately from regular cooking ). She dint suggest crash diets but ensured that I lose weight scientifically and slowly so that it doesn't bounce back. She also gave daily tips for ensuring I don't over eat and also detox my body.

I would like to recommend Dr. Minal as she has prepared a proper detailed diet plan for me when i visited her for weight loss. I was struggling a lot with my diet but she prepared the diet which was not very difficult for me to follow. I was able to lose 12 kgs in 3 months.
