Well, the hunt for a good and economical HT clinic end here for me. I had been loosing hair since last 5 years, but I didn't pay so much attention...had tried beginners treatment of minoxdil and Some oral no side effects tab..but no use..then went for PRP in 2018 , still started having patch of bald and from temple area was loosing strands badly...In 2019, it was worse 🙄and I decided in Oct 2019 that I will get HT.

There the main challenge started...Had gone to all the big names in Bangalore...And all means all..8 of them...everyone was focused on their package...No one came down below 3 lakhs for 5k strands😳... No one was actually focussing on the actual requirement and issue of hair loss😏.. Then I hought lets go bald and buy a Harley...that will be more effective...🤭

However, just didn't give up and one night in Nov, was going through Google reviews and I came upon Derma Sculpt and doc Deepak's patient testimonials...I knew this might be the place..I got an appointment and the way Doc Sheetal explained me the process, the cost, the procedure...I booked it that day and went under HT in Dec 2019...

On the day of Operation, they got everything organized...I walked in morning, came out in evening with the patch on the back side of my head,feeling dizzy for anesthesia...and fourth day I was in my office with my Bald Avatar😁..The staff is courteous, Doc Deepak takes you into confidence...will explain you the 6-7 hour HT process, and he will look as a person who is more focussed on his job rather than talking about it...I went for the latest technology that they use..DHI

Rest is my Story...After 10 months...I don't have 100% hair back...coz I know it's not possible..but got the patch covered to much extent..I have got my youth and confidence back...I am not sure how long it wil stay but I know it's my body and I understand it's gonna react its own way...but I am impressed on the result...my friends and peers are...I do look 4-5 years younger...😎😎..Kidding

Honest feedback- if u r looking for Low cost, high effective result with A Sound Professional doc treating you...try this and u will write a review just like me after 7-8 months...Plz do understand, different people have different results as its dependent on their body reactiveness..but the effort put by Docs are 100%.

Underwent hair transplant surgery performed by Dr.Deepak Devkar. Writing this after 1+year after procedure. The procedure lasts for about 5-6hrs with first half for extracting the hair follicles and second half for the transplant procedure (lunch was provided at the clinic).

Doctors expertise: Overall the doctor was very good in explaining the process making sure all the doubts were clarified. 100% safe choice especially since the process involves administration of local anesthesia.

The Process: Can be moderately painful with extreme care needed for upto two weeks (Best not to travel anywhere during this period). Swelling in the face is common after the procedure and temporary lasting for upto a week. Need to sleep inclined for few days and need to regularly apply saline spray. PRP injection was given during the procedure itself.

The good: The doctor is very skilled. Overall I'm satisfied with the final result and care post treatment was pretty good with doctor being quite responsive. This was vital for me since I visited from another city and flew out of the country after 2 weeks.

The not so good: Although result was satisfactory, it is not a 100%. The frontal areas could've been more dense, but the doctor drew a receded hairline during marking to save some follicles. Also the crown area is still sparse and scalp is easily visible under sunlight. Also need to take medication for 1+ year for ideal results (Minoxidil solution and finasteride tablets - which might have side effects for some although I haven't faced any problem). Since this is a cosmetic procedure it's only fair to compare the results and I have personally seen better results with more grafts transplanted. Pricing is a little steep for the kind of results I obtained.

Final words: The doctor is very skilled and reliable and have no regrets for getting the procedure done at his clinic and it has significantly changed my facial look for the better. The results were satisfactory (although not the best). The pricing per graft was a little steep but overall worth it.

I've found Dr. Deepak Devakar's consultations and treatments to be helpful, the extended wait times have been a significant point of frustration. This is particularly true when follow-up procedures, such as injections, require the doctor's immediate attention. The uncertainty of how long I'll need to wait in a separate room while the doctor continues to see other patients is quite stressful and frustrating too.

i have undergone hair transplant by deepak devakar by seeing the reviews in practo. hence it is only fair to give my review here.

first thing first. NO, i will not recommend any one to dermasculpt.

1. it was not painful but surely confortable surgery as i was not able to sleep properly.

2. also for the money i gave. i felt it was not worth it. there are better service provided in delhi for example.

3. i did not get the density i was looking for in front as promised. as i got may be 60 - 70 % of transplant hair.

4. the assistants are not trained enough to take blood samples and hygiene is definately a concern i saw.

5. i wasted to discuss with docto but i was turned down stating he was busy.

6. i was told to take finesteride which i denied. i feel hair clinics should tell their patients of taking this tablets as there are adverse side effects and it is definitely risky and i personally feel health is more imp than hair.

7. no follow done after surgery but any queries raised were answered... but again this is left for debate.

8. i was told to take one expensive tablet which i denied. answer i got was they didnt know about it (something to think about).

the only pro i experienced dr. deepak himself did all the procedure.

to sum up, guys there are better clinics out there . as i have seen, none in south. but in delhi there are nice ones.

The worst ever experience I have had with Dr Sheetal.

23rd April - Appointment fixed for 30th April for surgery to happen at 8.30 AM. Advance paid and blood test done.

26th April - Call from receptionist saying that Dr is flying out and will come on 30th morning so requested to re-schedule the surgery to 3 PM.

Dr Sheetal however gave a different reasoning that there is emergency case to attend on 30th morning and Dr will come only in second half. Not sure how a Dr comes to know about emergency 4 days in advance. However, I agreed for rescheduled time of 3PM.

29th April (one day before surgery) - Call from Dr sheetal again with a very unprofessional way of telling "u have no option, u have to reschedule the surgery to 6 AM"

I said I have planned a meeting in morning and it is not possible. The reason given by Dr Sheetal was so funny. "There is a patient DYING and hence u have to prepone the surgery" I dont understand that if a patient is dying ideally Dr should attend that patient 1st in morning and then attend other surgery.

It was very clear that they have got some other luxury patient giving double the money and hence the appointment was being resheduled again and again. I had planned my day keeping in view the surgery and atlast the Dr stepped back. They even planned to forfeiting a part of advance.

I too booked the appointment seeing all the reviews on practo but unfortunately i was wrong . *** ******* ******* ** **** *** ***** ***** *** ****** **** ********* ** ** ** ***** ********** ***** ** **** *** in my case he had told me that one session would be enough followed by ointment application, he didn't give me any kind of disclaimer of any sort that one session wouldn't be enough ,everything went well until when i realised that even after the treatment the spors were remaining , at one instant ehen i applied the ointment i felt a burning sensation and sent them a email regarding this and also told that the spots are still prominent but then the response i get is one session is not enough, you have to do 2 -3 sessions more and as i was out of country i asked whether i should do one more treatment or continue ointment to which i didn't get a clear response , and he nagged me off by saying that online consultations is not allowed in India, *** **** **** ** *** ** **** ** *** ***** *** **** ****** ************* ** ****** ******** **** **** ** *** **** ******* ** ****** * Now i am following up with my family doctor *** *** **** ** **** ** **** *** *** ********** *** ***** ********* *** ********* ** ********* *** * *** ******** ***** ** ** **** ******** *** **** **** **** ************* **** ** ****** ******* ******* *** *** **** ***** ****** ** ***** ** *******

I'm writing the review after 15 days. Doctor is friendly and can able to identify the issue within 15 mins. I'm happy with the result in 15 days of taking the medicine. Dandruffs got reduced. Thanks Doc!

Visited twice for skin treatment, sadly not worked for me. Still having the issue, and it increased now. Doctor is very good and friendly but my problems didn't solve yet. I have some skin problems on my back but now it's on my whole body after using the medicines. *** **** **** **** ***** *** I am not happy with the results.

I had booked an appointment through practo at 7.45 over a week back. I reached the clinic 15 minutes before my appointment and waited there in the clinic for 45 minutes. When I followed up with them about my appointment again after 45 minutes i was told that there are still 5 patients who needs to be looked at and I will be looked at after those 5 patients. So that means even if i had waited there on an average I should have waited for more than an hour to talk to the doctor. Which means almost 2 hours of waiting in the clinic even after booking an appointment prior to a week. I unfortunately had to leave without even consulting the doctor because I do not have 2 hours to spare sitting in the clinic even after booking an appointment. What is the point of taking appointments if you cannot adhere to it? On top of all of this when we asked about their closing time they told us that it is 8.30. Overall I had a very bad experience.
