Consulted regarding ear pain. Without wasting much time he started the treatment & cleaned both the ears. Even microscopic examination was done & medicine applied. Prescribed minimum medicines. He is a very senior ENT Surgeon of more than 40 years experience & he is a no nonseman & no loose talk. All your ENT problems will be dealt with in his safe hands. The clinic in the Apollo speciality Hospital at OMR is fully equipped & hygienic & follows all norms in this epidemic systematically. I strongly recommend this knowledgeable doctor & you won't regret.

I do not doubt his experience and expertise BUT *** ********* ******* ******** ** ********** ***************** he barely acknowledged me when I walked in, after I sat in the examination chair he asked me what was wrong and I don't think he really payed much attention to anything I said. He then proceeded to examine me for 30 seconds and then just sat back down on his chair and went back to whatever he was doing. I just sat there confused waiting for him to say something. He then just turns to me in a -oh why are you still here?- kind of manner and tells me to go wait outside and his assistent will come to bill me. I was so confused and ask what his diagnosis was and what's wrong with me and he looked almost annoyed that I was asking questions. He said I just have some infection so please go wait outside and they'll bring me my prescription.

When I got the prescription, under the part where it addresses what patient's concerns were, it mentions that I had stuffy nose for 1 week... which further confirms he wasn't paying attention to me because I CLEARLY told him I'd been suffering from congestion for over 2 weeks and have lost my sense of smell.

I'm sure whatever medicines he has prescribed me will work but that's more than what a doctor should be. He was so impatient and quick to dismiss me without even telling me what was wrong. **** **** ** * ****** ** ***** Act respectfully and educate your patients accordingly. Just because you are a senior doctor doesn't give you the right to treat people this way. Patients are entitled to know and be educated on their condition. This guy was not at all friendly and in fact very rude and does not even bother listening to the patients problems completely and comes to the conclusion right away. He lets his assistants speak and gets involved in his mobile and wasn't even listening to my complaints. He should understand that patients are not paying him the consultation fee for him to check his mobile. I have been looking for options for the past 7 years to treat my paranasal sinuses disease but i have never had such poor experience with any of the doctors. 3110 rupees for one time check up which includes his consultation fee and a 30 second nasal endoscopy *** ******** ******* *** ***** ***

Doctor right away said issue w/o looking at CT, perfectly. Suggested and did Septoplasty to avoid future issues. Does not talk much or friendly but will answer any questions and will be solution to our problem. Did surgery without any problems and i am recovering well. Review after surgery is good. Very well experienced with good hands, so please don't bother about friendliness, he is not our friend but a doctor. As it is Apollo should expect high costs which came in, usually. Overall my experience been very good with Dr KK and also with Apollo.

Last week Dr Krishna Kumar performed my nasal surgery @Apollo OMR which he diagnosed due to large numbers of polyps and septum deviation.He is one of prominent doctor in medical fraternity as ENT surgeon and he diagnosed my problem very preciously and I got great relief from nose blockage after the surgery .Kudos to Dr Krishna Kumar 🙏🙏🙏

Explained my problem in detailed and need to meet him second time after sleep study. To my view seems to be senior good doctor

Upon reviewing ears, Dr told that it’s not curable. Please take care. However not mentioned as how to take care.

There should be some suggestions to prevent from further deterioration which was missed.

Now I have pain in ear and yet to think if I should go back to same Dr.

Very kind approaching to patient and answering very softly for every questions from patient attender. and remembering every problems of patient and kindly proceeds to that. This makes me a friendly relation with doctor and assistant.
