The quality of my life after mirena(IUD) had drastically changed. Period cramps, heavy flow were my problems. I had never stepped out of my house during periods. Also after heavy periods my recovery will take a week. Now after so many years of suffering felt what a normal periods will be. I personally ,highly recommend for women to try mirena if your doctor suggests.... U r going to have a better life. I had been using it for 7 years now. I changed my mirena last year again.
