The doctor Sai Preethi was not available in the Alwarpet clinic . The clinic staff informed us to visit Velachery clinic. Then we went to the clinic, but we consulted Dr. Priyadarshini. We had a nice experience with the doctor. Practo needs to maintain proper appointments to avoid this kind of situations.

She was not concerned about the actual problem but her intention was to sell the products without even actually understanding the issue.
We didn't even get the bill for the medicine which was also very expensive.
We also have not gotten any improvement/benefit for the treatment
I would not recommend this place for hair issues
