Very Bad hospital and bad hospitality...

I have got a appointment on 11.30 we met the doctor at 12.45....we were waited more than a hour....it was vry irrated us and it was a bad experience to us...

We have got appointment in online practo site on one day before but in reception they told us to cancel the appointment and they said that pay the appointment fee directly to the hospital.

How come they didn't knw our appointment done thru your website. they told me they don't have an practo id with us how come you pay for this appointment please cancel the appointment.
