Visited him at Apollo Hospital Main Building on 29th June. I am still taking medicine for haemorrhoids so can't comment till the treatment plan is complete.
He doesn't explain, doesn't try to soothe the patient.

I had extremely poor experience with a doctor so far.
Yesterday I took an online appointment on the Apollo app just to inform him about my progress and further treatment required. When the call started, I just said "sir, the swelling is still there". That's all and he said "consult a surgeon" and cut the call.
Totally UNCARING PERSON as a doctor and human.
AVOID.

I am from Guwahati,Assam and I am 73 years old.I made appointment with Dr Ubal Dhus on 22nd July 2019.He did colonoscopy of me n prescribed medicine.
Nothing was found in colonoscopy.After coming back,I had severe constipation.I mailed Dr Dhus on 22nd Julyseeking advice.But sorry to say he didn't
reply.******* ***** ****** ***** ***I had high expectations from Apollo hospital,Chennai but we were very disappointed.******* *** *** ********does not care that we came from such long distance.* ****** *** ****** ** ***** **** ** be prepare for such kind of treatment.
However,I found all the staff of Apollo are very polite n helpful.We spent more than 1Lakh but very very disappointed **** ******* ** *******

Doc's explanation and communication was good and with real care.
Recovery was fast and highly recommend this doc.
Went for Acidity problem. The doctor didnt even access me properly, took only 2 mins and prescribed a tablet. The issue was not resolved and had to visit another doctor after one week. Charging 1500 for improper treatment.
Waist of money I won't recommend this doctor i visited this doctor not respond properly waiest of my money 1500
