My father Mr. Rajkumar.G got admitted in MIOT hospital with major complaints of chest pain/Heart attack on Feb 19 2021. Dr. Viginesh Thanikgaivasan did an emergency recovery treatment followed by angiogram .My father had critical blocks in two vessels. Doctor Viginesh have patiently explained his health condition and prescribed the appropriate treatment. He was also friendly and very professional at his job. He took care of father very kindly and guided us in all aspects to take care of father.

After the (Stessthalium)procedure he was kind enough to meet us personally and explained the entire events of the procedure. Doctor gave a detailed advice while discharge regarding medications, diet, exercise and lifestyle modifications. Highly recommend Dr. Hema Mala for all Liver related Issues and consultations With ASO and CRP being high in my blood reports for the past 4 years which bothered me and swelling of legs, ankles and severe itching happened suddenly during Apr 2023. Consulted a gastro enterologist and updated him all the symptoms. he gave me allergic tablets for itching and the problems resurfaced again after a brief period.After Taking CT, frequent blood and urine tests couldn't figure out why CRP levels are high and doctors suggested about body reacting to some inflammation. Finally, A fibroscan revealed severe fibrosis of liver which made me panic and raised my anxiety and hypertension levels.Diagnosing the issue is with Liver and wrong suggestions by different specialists to  go on a Low sodium 2 Litre diet , which is a check point for me and it damaged my kidneys 3 days after.With no sleep, high anxiety and low BP,  Consulted Dr. Hema Mala by 28-Aug-2023 and she listened to me patiently and heard me completely. She mentioned this liver is not going to kill me and not to have water restrictions of 2L.Dr. Hema Mala asked me to consider weight reduction seriously with a trainer and consider it as an investment to better life changes and healthier life and not to panic about the liver issues.She mentioned weight reduction should be considered in a war footing basis with diet and exercise.She has gone through my walking history and suggested, walking alone will not help and suggested strength training and follow dietician option as well.I have followed her suggestions and my anxiety levels have come down in a week, joined a gym and workout with a trainer and started endurance training, strength training along with cardio exercises which is helping me immensely with weight loss. Highly recommend Dr. Hema Mala for all Liver related Issues and consultations. Dr T. Yashwanth Raj - a real godsend for us. With leg swelling and diagnosis still unknown for my father, we went and met him. Did a Kidney Biopsy the other day and he took care of my father in each and every move. He explained each and every details like the Protein Creatinine ratio, Albumin and its significance as like detailing in lay man terms to us and what needs to be done next, including the Diet, the medicines after checking on with minute details for every visit we made. We got to know my father had Secondary Membranous Nephropathy and the Root cause that the doctor identified and explained us really made us very very happy as the attention, focus, the way he explained and the next steps were awesome as he told he is already on the recovery path :-) and he is like our family member. Also, my father used to do some research on the regular lab tests we used to do and used to get tensed with the numbers with the tests result. But, doctor always used to tell that the reports are for him to interpret and we are not supposed to interpret and conclude, as he used to tell those were normal and only a doc can understand. and alleviate our unwanted fears :-) Always listens very attentively and actively to all our doubts, clarifies them with so much patience and we always feel very excited if it was time to meet the doctor!!
