I have attended recently an online workshop about wiring the neural network by writing. I have learned how to do journaling. The presentation of doctor is excellent. Doctor explained cleared about the scientific information behind our belief system. Also doctor shared very useful tips about how to break unproductive neural wiring. Doctor also addressed all the queries clearly. As a whole the workshop is very useful and eye opening session. Thank you doctor.

This was a couple's therapy session initiated by my partner who has been seeing Dr. C for his one on one session. Unfortunately, there was no time spent in understanding my background (note: she already knew my partner's background as she was seeing him in his personal therapy sessions), the duration of the relationship - for example how long have we been together for? if this is a long distance relationship, etc). The session started with some ground rules which were completely bizarre for me *** ****** ****** ** **** *** **** For example: "Don't be emotional in this session. Being emotional will ruin your way of logical or rational thinking. Men have testosterone and women have estrogen and HENCE please stick to one issue at a time because science says men do not understand multiple issues at the same time. Men have to have be handled with care and with one issue at a time for better results". **** ****** *** * ****** *** ******** *** ** ******* ** ******** ** **** ******** ** * **** *****. It almost felt like moral policing because it was extremely hard for me to communicate or even complete sentences. The session lacked empathy and emotional intelligence. ** **** **** * **** **** ********* ** **** ** ***** ** ** ************** ******* ***** **** ** ******** ****** **** **** ****** *** *** * *** ***** ******** *** *** When I tried to communicate that I was not comfortable in this session as I barely am getting a chance to express, I was told that in a professional setting such as a job, I would be given a task and my manager will have xyz process to complete that specific task and it's highly unprofessional for me to question that process. It seemed like her ego was so hurt that she asked me to leave the session (which was already paid). When I brought up that basic level of respect seemed to be missing, she outright got offended and just disconnected the call. ** ** ***** ******** ** *** ******* ************* **** *** ** **** **** ********* ** ******* ************** **** *** ****** I am genuinely traumatized by this session which only lasted for 30 mins. *** **** ****** ** ** ********* ***** *** ****** ** **** * ***** ** ** ***** *** **** ** ********* ** **** **** ** **** ******** ** ** ******** ** *** ***** ****** **** ***** *** ****** ** ** * ****** *** **** ******* *** ****** *******

I recently got done with Dr.Charanya's 45 days of online therapy activities.
Since I already have one on one sessions with the doctor, I thought I wouldn't benefit much from these activities. But it didn't turn out that way.
I learned a lot of new things from these activities and also realized a few of my issues that I wanted to discuss during one on one sessions with the Doctor were rectified by these activities. I highly recommend these activities to everyone, especially to the people who can't afford the time for one on one sessions, will benefit a lot from this. Dr.Charanya always gets back to you with answers to whatever doubts you have with the activities.
I'm looking forward to doing Dr.Charanya's couples activities next.

I am a good proponent of taking care of my physical health, and I have experienced the benefits first hand: climbing trees like a child, lifting heavy loads and running faster than my peers who are the same age. But I noticed that I'm not spending my time as I intended too. I was distracted all the time and it worsened as I kept doomscrolling and postponing things. This mindfulness workshop will equip you with the paraphernalia required to tackle distraction and be more present. Give it a shot, you'll spend your time intentionally.

30 min is too less for the counseling. That also I got to know when 3 min left from doctor. It was mostly 1 sided communication. What doc told was few or less of lines ***** ** ******* ***** ******* ******* ** ********** ********** If doc charges are limited to time, then doc should plan it fairly. It was my first time. I don't know whether counseling can help people. I said , I am in the loop situation, doc said the same thing. I didn't get anything new which I can take as counseling suggestions.

I have been to many psychiatrists and also psychologists. Either way I ended up taking pills that made me feel sleepy and i wasn't my best self. Also i wasn't explained about what i was actually undergoing, it's root cause or anything. I was simply asked to talk about my concerns and was given medication. But Dr. Charanya handled things differently. She analysed my concerns, spoke to me about the root cause and also gave me the confidence that I can recover and go back to my usual self with the ability to deal with my concerns. I have taken three sessions till date and so far it has been life changing. Thank you Dr. Charanya for helping me gain perspective and for all the support you have been giving me so far.

I have intrusive thoughts from childhood itself. I feel guilty for even silly thoughts & for imaginary thoughts. I take medication for the past 2 years. After pregency i stopped the medication. So after 2 months I was affected by intrusive thoughts. I took medication also but it won't work out for me. I gone to severe depression. After attending charanya mam counselling session I got self confidence and i followed some tricks said by charanya mam. Now I feel better. Thanks a lot to charanya mam & thank god.
