As I told earliest that I used to eat egg for muscle building, so I want to know one thing that I should eat only white part. Why yellow part not good for health

Hi , Eating white part of egg is good as it is high in protein , And yellow part should be avoided as it is high in bad cholesterol which is not good for heart , For further query please consult , Regards , Dr Ajay Pandey
