Start exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Stay hydrated . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.

Start ur day with exercise and walk which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Take high calorie & rich protein In ur diet. For IBS take high fiber food in ur diet. Avoid junk and oily food, sweets, chocolate. For Gilbert syndrome avoid alcohol. Eat regularly not skip meals. Avoid fasting.
