Hi You can take green tea anytime of the day... you can take green tea  post lunch and post dinner, do maintain gap of half an hour after meals. And plz clear this that green tea is not only for making you lose weight but provide you antioxidants. Green tea you take in warm water that just  boost the metabolism and may help you in weight loss. In whole day limit your green tea intake to 3 to 4 cups not more than that .. Green tea is nothing but water with high levels of anti-oxidants which help in weight loss and maintain good health. Generally tea should be avoided on an empty stomach due to its caffeine content.
