Acne face for men
Hi doctor,
I am 26 year old male few months back I suffered from acne now it got reduced but left some acne marks and dark pimple marks on my skin. I used antoxid hc tablet with other cream but no use.
Please suggest some Ayurvedic tablet (can I use Himalaya neem skin wellness tab?) and cream to over this acne scars and marks.

u can, I think you have oily skin be sure to wash your face max 4 to 5 time a day
Make sure to drink lots of water
Avoid spicy food
Avoid deep fried items
You also must any kind of raw food

Have a healthy diet.eat plenty of vegetables,fruits sprouts everyday.
Avoid fastfoods,bakeryfoods,oilyspicyfoods.
Drink enough water.
Keep ur face clean wash with neem facewash gel.
Di not supress ur natural urges.
Walk exercise,yoga everyday for one hour.
Sleep leisurely for six hrs atleast at night.
