Acne problem
Acne problem all over the face from one year , near mensuration got more reddish acne on face. they come and go but my face is not clean. i did homeopathy treatment but it was not effected. Now i took allopathy medicines names- acnestar soap and cream to apply on face, minoz (capsule), Benzyl to apply on face. Lots of itching on acne and feel like burning. dry skin in winter and oily in summer. Too much dry skin that i got dandruff on my face . Acne marks, acne filled with something dirty.

Avoid Soap or facewash. Instead try curd/mud pack for cleansing. Do not wipe face but soak dry. Avoid all fried,oily &fast foods. Take plenty of water by mouth. Don't be worried.
