Please see my report and suggest for the best solution. Using Navanac and Macugold as I can see blurry by my right eye.

Best solution is seek consult with a retina guy. Try weight reduction and feel relaxed. This is a problem wchich sometimes settles on its own but since you have juxtafovealneakge try taking an consult
