Blood clotting with swelling in the retina is easily manageable by injections in the eye. The blood clot will slowly resolve by itself. The swelling part needs treatment through injections as long duration of swelling can lead to permanent decrease in vision.
Next Steps
Her blood pressure and blood sugars should be checked to rule out hypertension and diabetes.
