Hello there , As per ultrasonography report you attached , your relative is not pregnant at present . Sometimes in chemical pregnancy the urine test come positive ,with no pregnancy in ultrasonography or sometimes urine test is false positive. You can confirm pregnancy with a b-hcg blood test . If the blood test shows negative results she can take medicine for getting period after consulting with obgyn doctor.
