Allergic rhinitis
I am suffering from allergic rhinitis from 5 years.i used homeo, ayurved medicine but it was not cured.present symptons are runny nose,sound in ear be higher if i listen large sounds like movie thwatre fights sounds,horn of vehicles. is there any cure to this disease by medication. someone says works outs or physical exercises may cure this disease. plz give suggestion how to cure it

But the management of AR is three pronged
1)allergen identification 2) allergen avoidance 3)medical management
Failure in a one of the steps...it will be difficult to get relief
