The cyst seems likely for the delayed periods, it is likely that you may have developed PCOS(Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) a common reproductive endocrine disorder. In Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), excessive amounts of androgens ("male" hormones such as testosterone) are produced by the ovaries. , it is seen to be a lifestyle problem due to consumption of fatty food, sedentary life and hormonal imbalance. I would advise you to follow the following lifestyle changes which would give you relief in this aspect: - Eat a well balanced and healthy diet, avoid greasy, oily, deep fried, sweets and junk food. - Drink regularly atleast 2.5 liters of water - Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy weight according to your BMI
