It is normal, for some women it will come early n in some it will come late... Bt u can do exercise ( low back exercise) .

You should do some exercise as  some low back exercise as squat And kegel exercise so  by doing those exercise your strength of muscle of pelvic region will increase. You should also do some normal exercise as running with yoga and meditation .
