Amla powder instead of grated amla
My dietitian advised me to take 2grated amla+6-7 mint leaves+pinch of cinnamon in 250 ml of water early morning. I forgot to ask her if i could take amla powder instead of grated amla? And do I have to boil all the ingredients in water or just add in water and have it? Please look into the query and reply as soon as possible

I suggest you just add in warm water don't boil as it will destroy all the vitamins and defeat the purpose of the whole exercise.

Hi, It will be better to ask the dietitian who recommends this. Still it will be better not to boil it because, vitamin c which is  present in abundant amount in amla and other water soluble vitamins will destroy by getting heat.
