My son is 10 months old .. no teething yet.. since yesterday evening he is puking everything what ever he eats and has go fever.. is it a sign of teething?? His jaw is not swollen or became reddish.. could it still be a sign of teething?

As such teething doesnt cause any harm to child.. So give paracetamol if temperature is more than 99.4F and emset syp for vomit...

Yes... it's may be sign of teething if temperature is more than 100f then give pcm as per dose

It doesn't look like that .,But even if it's because of teething ( which is quite common at  around nine month)  we will need to manage child symptomatically, like with antiemetic and fever medicines.

Symptoms you suggested could be other illness like viral fever as well. Give Paracetamol for fever as required and consult with Pediatrician if fever persist.

It could be viral fever but teething can also cause mild fever.. While teething u can c whitish spot over the gums.. Babies usually be fussy and do constant mouthing at the time of teething.
