I am having abdominal pain from last 3days ..due date of period is after 6th Feb.. conception took place on my ovulation days 7 days before.. why am having abdominal pain

This may be due to implantation of embryo , harmonal changes,or could be even gastritis, acidity or may be indigestion, in such a case it's best to wait and.watch as giving Medicines at this stage when u might have concieved could be detrimental to foetus or Ur health .
