Sir/Mam, I delivered twins on April12.I have been having bleeding since then till now.I was having light bleeding after 30 days and it seems stopped. But then i had heavy bleeding on May 15 and stopped after 3 days. Now I am having heavy bleeding for past 3 days along with back pain and knee pain and hasn't stopped yet.In pelvis ultrasound, observation is uterine lower segment small anterior mural fibroid is noted.Whether this causes heavy bleeding? What's the treatment available for this? Please let me know.

It is not a mural but an intramural fibroid. Intramural fibroids don't cause bleeding problems but they interfere with the involution of the uterus. Please consult with your Gynaecologist.
