Clinic experience was also great. I was immediately attended by the Receptionist, and was explained about the delay due to ongoing process of someone else in the clinic. Due to this, ten minutes delay was nothing.

Hi Doctor, I have had skin problems for many years on my face, head, neck, and back. On my face (cheeks & beard area) I get recurrent, sometimes painful pimples that leave dark marks. On my scalp & back of head, I get painful bumps, often after haircuts; some become large, pus-filled, slow to heal, and leave dark marks. On my neck & beard line, small painful bumps appear where hair grows, worse after shaving/trimming. My back (upper & lower) has many pimples and pus-filled bumps; old pimples leave dark spots and scars. Pimples recur in same areas, some deep & painful; skin looks dark, patchy, scarred. I always wear a white undershirt, but next morning it has 6–7 blood stains, mostly upper back, some lower back. Occasionally, extreme itchiness on back lasts 3–5 mins, very uncomfortable. Sweating, heat, haircuts, shaving, and tight clothes make it worse.
At head back middle one never heals

My question is: is there any benefit to going to a dermatologist now, since I have already tried most things and I am not interested in a hair transplant?
Important information: I don’t have any kind of deficiency, I quit smoking one year ago, and my testosterone (770) and E2 levels are normal. I am into fitness. I still have hair, no bald patch, just slightly receding hairline.
I started using minoxidil on my own last December. It helped at first but then stopped working. Six months later, I started using minoxidil + finasteride (0.1% v/v), and it is still effective. I read somewhere that finasteride can help recover the hairline and thicken hair, so two months ago I started taking 0.5 mg of oral finasteride on alternate days, and after two weeks, I began taking it regularly. It gave me horrible mental side effects. I stopped taking it, and everything is fine now, but some issues, like high anxiety, are still present.
