Last three days, I'm facing severe burning sensation sometimes numbness on left hand. No tingling pain.
So what is the reason of this? Any oinment or gel to prevent this.
I didn't had any injury also.
Pls suggest medicine or therapy.
It could be a carpel tunnel syndrome initiation. Need to examine the cervical spine throughly and draw conclusions.
Please watch for your posture, ergonomics is very important. Change position after every 30 mins.
