Chances of false-negative.

I had an HIV exposure on 19 May. I started getting symptoms like cough, cold, sore throat and rashes from 13 June( 24 days later). I got a negative test on HIV antigen/antibody on 19 June. How soon should I re-test and what are the chances that the test gave false-negative.

Least or zero percent chance to false negatives. Why u corelate the symptoms with exposure. Before exposure you never had such symptoms? Good for symptomatic treatment u will be fine.
