First of all, let advise you not to attempt to self clean your ear. You will only make it vulnerable to injury or infection. This feelong of not being able to hear could be beacuse of something called eustachian tube dysfunction. You can try out a small exercise to open it by pinching your nose tip and closing your mouth and blowing your cheeks forcefully. Also, if you have any cold, get it treated first.
