From last 4 days I am having cold, cough. No runny nose, throat is pain while swallowing specially from evening. Head nd ear is paining while look down. Dry cough, not much phlegm. From eyes also white mucus is coming. Some times calf muscle pain. But no fever at all. Doing salt water gargling 3 times a day. Had medicine _ Ibuprofen,  cetrizine cough syrup. Please suggest some good medicine.
