Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. Tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for 10 days. Tab. Renerve-plus once a day after food for 10 days. If it still persists, you can start a online consultation with me so that I can take a detailed history and suggest you further. Best regards.
