My husband covid positive. My son also covid positive (age 6yrs,weight 21kgs).symptoms are  fever.please suggest me medication for kid

For COVID positive with RT pcr is to be repeated twice . For fever he should take paracetamol 250 Mg SOS. Watch for other signs of lung involvement and do a regular spo2 check up by portable pulse oxy
