I have done facial and dirt removal around nose edges one year back. After that i have seen dark circle around nose edges. Pls explain why it happens like this and also suggest any ointment or any other solutions.

You might have developed post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It could have been post seborrheic dermatitis or due to trauma caused by the clean up. Consult online with pictures for treatment

It looks like  you are having seborrheic melanosis..Though i will need few  pictures and history for the same. You can do online consultation ....
