Delay in sleep due to ache in hands feet
Hello,
Since many days I'm having severe pain or hotness in my both legs and hands while sleeping only.
Sometimes I feels it in day for while but automatically it goes off.
But when I go to bed that time it starts and at least it will take hour or two to get sleep, I started using hot water bag, i deep my legs into hot water but no use.
Please suggest

Further details needed like how long you have these pain problems and do you have any other spine related problem or any other health issue for example diabetes ?
But as your explanation Peripheral Neuropathy can cause such symptoms but needs to do a physical examination for confirm the diagnosis so please visit the general physician or orthopedics once .
