Feels like a hair stuck in my throat

It feels like there's been a hair stuck in my throat for a few days and i've had a look but i can't find anything. I threw up a few times last night because of it and I just want to know what i can do to get rid of it. Thank you

Warm saline gargle should help you if not please see a ENT or a dentist who has microscope , as they can inspect your throat and help you get rid of it
