Hemorrhoid

I have a prolapsed hemorrhoid since last 4 years. It is painless and has not changed in size or so. I do not experience any bleeding either. I do not take any medication for that. Should I be worried about it? Also I have family history of hemorrhoid.

Yes - it should be differentiated from rectal prolapse and hemorrhoid grade 4 And yes u require surgery for prolapsed hemorrhoid as they are more prone for complications like thrombosis, infections, and can lead lo loss of fluid and blood unnoticed
Next Steps
Stapler or excision hemorrhoidectomy recommended
