Hsg test for pregnancy

Hello doctor, is there any possible way to check Fallopian tube blockage other than hsg. I heard that this hsg test will be very painful so is there any other options are there?

HSG is the easiest test , For pain , before the procedure analgesic can be given to relieve the pain, Other method is laparoscopic chromopertubation which will need admission to hospital and general anaesthesia Also u can get HSG done under Anesthesia
