Low iron levels

Hi ...In routine checkup am having vitamin d and low iron levels Vit D -23 Iron -43 Taking vit d 60k and ferrous ascorbate & folate (1.5mg)...For how many months should I take... As we are planning for pregnancy should I take again folic acid tab (5mg) seperately or 1.5mg is enough for daily dose ? Am attatching the report...Thank you
