Hello Doctor, Last month i had a lower back pain so severe i cud not sit properly. I took some meds Muscle relaxtants medicine. The pain went away and it was normal again. Now i have lower back pain again. But this time it is very mild. Also the pain runs along with a very little pain wave along with the left leg going through left testicle. Please note the pain is very less not severe. Please advise.

Initial severe low back pain and gradually going towards leg suggest of some disc problem in lower back. Consult a physiotherapist soon for proper exercise program and posture correction.

As u r a IT professional and 26 years disc pain s quiet common nd few cases  i hv seen it referred to testicle. you need to consult a good physiotherapist. take a frequent break in between and do extension exercise. take some hot formentation. and regarding exercise before starting consultation by a physio s must. otherwise difficult for you to do properly.

Hello There. I can understand your concern. i just wanted to know if you are taking any medicines? or did you face any trauma or not. i would suggest you take a tab. zerodol-th8 once or twice a day as necessary after food. tab. pregator once a day before bed. for 10days. do stretching exercises and slowly start doing core strengthening exercises also. tab. d3 must 60k once a week to be chewed for 12 weeks. Consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain.
