Lower back stiffness

My husband is suffering with lower back stiffness from last six years.we need a help.we did everything but not work.now pain is become very cronic.so what can we do?

6yrs of pain must be chronic condition, need to rule out with proper investigations,  quality postural Assessment and Appropriate Physiotherapy management

It's seem to be a mechanical back pain.  You must take ur husband to a physiotherapist for further evaluation.

Could be due to lumbar disc bulge/prolapse, Manipulative physiotherapist ,can push the disc,back to it's normal place, GOOD LUU

Better consult physio with spinal manual therapy knowledge , they can analyse the complete body Chart ( Posture, leg length, life style, musculoskeletal misalignments etc) According to the assesment chart Treatment protocols they can plan followed by Spinal Rehab sessions too
